The Dream Life Rewards Club Membership Terms & Conditions (“Membership Terms”) apply to all users of the website located at dreamliferewardsclub.com (the “Site”) operated by Digitalux LLC (collectively, “We”, “Us”, “Dream Life Rewards Club”, “dreamliferewardsclub.com” or “Digitalux”), who have registered for an account (an “Account”) and purchased a membership (a “Membership”) in order to access the Site, including all of the text, images, audio, code and other material it contains or provides (collectively, the “Content”) and use all of its features, competitions and other services (collectively, the “Services”). The Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy for the Site are incorporated by reference herein. Digitalux LLC provides one-time memberships (collectively “Memberships”) to its Members.
To sign up for a Membership, you must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, and you must comply with these Terms.
Please note: Participation in any Sweepstakes or giveaways offered through our Services is limited to Members who are at least 21 years of age due to state regulations. By signing up for a Membership and participating in any Sweepstakes, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable age requirements.
These Membership Terms and Conditions are a binding agreement between us and each Member. By signing up for a Membership, you agree to these Membership Terms and our Privacy Policy. Please read these Membership Terms and Privacy Policy carefully before you purchase a Membership. 1. One-Time Memberships

Additional Information on Memberships & Sweepstakes Entries
Purchasing a one-time membership during a sweepstakes period grants you the specified number of entries into that sweepstakes.
Membership purchases are limited to one active sweepstakes at a time. Purchasing a membership will not result in entries for multiple sweepstakes.
Merchandise Purchases: You can also enjoy 30-day club membership benefits by purchasing items from our eCommerce shop.
All sweepstakes entries are subject to the official terms and conditions of the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific sweepstakes rules will take precedence.
2. Sweepstakes Details
From time to time, we may offer promotional draws (“Sweepstakes”) for the opportunity to win designated prize(s). We may also offer discounted Membership. Specific Official Rules will be disclosed for each Sweepstakes on the Site and will control the operation of that Sweepstakes.
Participation in our Sweepstakes DOES NOT REQUIRE A PURCHASE. Members receive entries as a benefit, but non-purchasing individuals can enter through multiple alternate forms of entry found in our official rules here.
Members receive entries into Sweepstakes based on their membership for each month. If you change your membership, entries will be allocated according to the membership held during each billing period.
3. Termination of Membership
You may cancel your Membership at any time. Once the cancellation process is complete, your Membership will be canceled instantly and you will be sent a confirmation email. No refund will be offered if you cancel your Membership mid-billing cycle.
Cancellation of your Membership will not remove you from our marketing database. To remove yourself from our marketing database you must click the unsubscribe link in the promotional email or SMS message (as relevant) and follow the prompts.
To terminate your membership, send an email to hello@dreamliferewardsclub.com with the subject line "Membership Cancellation." Include your full name, the email address associated with your Account, and a request to cancel your Membership.
Notice Period: No advance notice is required for cancellation. Your Membership will be canceled immediately upon our processing of your request. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing.
Confirmation: Once your cancellation is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please retain this email for your records.
Billing Cycle: If you cancel your Membership mid-billing cycle, you will continue to have access to the Services until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods or unused Services.

Upon termination or cancellation of your Membership, whether initiated by you or by us:
Survival of Terms: Provisions of these Membership Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to remain in effect, including but not limited to limitations of liability, indemnities, dispute resolution, and governing law.
4. Bonus and Free Trial Periods
From time to time we may offer sign-up bonuses, special offers or free trial periods. These bonuses, special offers and free trial periods are only valid in accordance with the terms and conditions which apply to that bonus, special offer of free trial period.
If you sign up to a free trial period and do not cancel before the end of the free trial period, your nominated payment method will be automatically deducted in accordance with the membership terms set out above until you cancel your Membership in accordance with these Membership Terms.
5. Payment Methods
No prepaid or gift cards are to be used for membership plans. Attempts will be made to block these card types.
6. Change of Details
You should notify us of any change of name, address, contact number, email address or billing information by updating your details online at com, by emailing us at hello@dreamliferewardsclub.com
We will not be responsible for any failure by you to notify us of your change of details, which may result in you not obtaining the full benefit of your Dream Life Rewards Club membership.
7. Dream Deals Directory Access
As part of your Dream Life Rewards Club membership, you gain access to the Dream Deals directory, which offers exclusive discounts on clothing and other essentials. Your membership level determines how long and how much access you have to these deals.
To explore the deals available, simply log in to your account here and navigate to the "Dream Deals" section on our website. New deals are added regularly, so be sure to check back often during your membership period to maximize your savings.
8. Multiple One-Time Memberships
Members have the option to purchase multiple one-time memberships to extend their access to Dream Life Rewards Club services. When you purchase more than one one-time membership, the access periods will be applied consecutively.
For example, if you purchase two 30-day one-time memberships, you will receive 60 days of continuous membership access, with all benefits, including giveaway entries and access to the Dream Deals directory, extended for the full period.
Please note that while you may purchase multiple one-time memberships at once, your total membership duration will reflect the cumulative days of the memberships purchased. The membership access will begin immediately upon purchase and will run consecutively without interruption unless otherwise canceled.
9. General Terms and Conditions

We are not responsible for any tax implications arising from you accessing the Site or using the Services.
We may terminate or suspend your Membership if you:

Any term of these Membership Terms that is expressed to survive, or by its nature survives, the termination or suspension of your Membership will survive and continue in effect following such termination or suspension.
All references to $ in these terms and conditions are in United States dollars unless otherwise changed using the Sites inbuilt conversion currency tools, if available.
We may, from time to time, amend these Membership Terms. The amended Membership Terms will apply from the time they are posted on the Site or are otherwise notified to Members. If you do not wish to accept any amendments to these Membership Terms , you may cancel your Membership.
We may cease offering Memberships by notifying Members on the Site or otherwise, provided that we provide sufficient notice so that the termination does not cause unreasonable financial or other detriment to Members.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Jersey, United States and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of New Jersey.
